To this end, Matzdorf invests in state-of-the-art technologies to further expand its product portfolio. Ultra-sharp spiraled CVD and PCD micro tools will soon be manufactured with our established Matzdorf precision, starting from diameters as small as 0.05 mm - delivering ultimate surface quality even in serial production.

This new tooling program is designed to achieve outstanding machining results in materials such as carbide, steel, ceramics, and other highly abrasive advanced composite materials. It complements our single-crystal diamond product range, particularly for applications in the optical industry.
